Buğday Association for Supporting Ecological Living

It is a media network for ecological production and consumption in Turkey.They started their work in the early 1990’s in promoting wholesome and organic food consumption.Buğday publishes a magazine, runs a restaurant, a farm, health food stores, and organizes volunteer work on organic farms.Bugday has been supporting ecological, local and fair food production and responsible consumption by implementing model projects and creating awareness.In its efforts for creating awareness on organic & ecologicaL food.Turkey’s first 100% ecological farmers’ market was set up in Şisli,Istanbul in the leadership and coordination of the Bugday Association in 2006.



çöp(m)adam is a company that has a soul:They are not just selling products,they  are doing something that is making a positive change in the world.They set-up their own manufacturing facilities in Ayvalık/Balıkesir  to leverage the artisanal talent embedded within the Turkish culture and to provide opportunities for women in impoverished communities.They care for eachThey are the ones that put their skills and love into making the products.They offer regular work to around 40 women in Ayvalik, who have a real passion for their work.All of the women are working in healthy and hygienic surroundings and are paid a fair wage..
